DESCRIPTION:The City of St. Petersburg invites you to participate in an upcoming Small Business Outreach Event for an upcoming solicitation involving the provision of arboricultural and landscape services. \nProject Overview \nTree Related Services \nThe City of St. Petersburg is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a full range of arboricultural and landscape services including but not limited to: \n\nFurnishing\, delivering\, and installing trees\, understory plants\, and other landscaping materials\nTree relocation\, planting\, pruning\, staking\, mulching\, watering\, root management\, and emergency or storm-related tree care\n\nSmall Business Participation Goal \nThe City strongly encourages small businesses to attend and explore the opportunity to bid on this project. \nOutreach Event Purpose \nThe outreach event will provide: \n• An overview of the solicitation and certification processes\n• Opportunities for networking between vendors\n• Guidance on how to do business with the City of St. Petersburg\n• High level review of project scope \n  \nThis event will be hosted on February 13th\, 2026 at Enoch D. Davis Center\, Room 16A\, from 11:00am-12:00pm. \n \nWe encourage all interested vendors\, particularly certified and non-certified small businesses\, to attend and learn how to participate in this project. \nIf you have any questions or would like additional information\, please contact Dean Franklin with the Office of Supplier Development.
