Dr. Calhoun is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of global experience in organizational development, talent and leadership development, performance management, inclusion, and strategic change.

He has designed and led organizational effectiveness strategies across diverse industries including manufacturing, government, banking, technology, and nonprofits.

His work has empowered organizations and individuals to reach their full potential through innovative tools, training, and performance strategies.
