Project Overview
Join Brasfield & Gorrie for a public information session to learn more about the Wake Tech New Health Science Building and Parking Deck on the Perry Health Campus. The project consists of constructing a three-
story simulation hospital connected by two bridges to a neighboring building. It also includes a four-story precast parking deck, featuring new pedestrian pathways, a realigned road with a roundabout, a drop-off
loop, and site walls.
The event will provide an overview of the project and its required prequalification process.
